Welcome to Beyond Nikah - Muslim Matrimony. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, safe, and trustworthy matrimonial environment for individuals and families.

1. Purpose Of The Platform

This platform is intended strictly for genuine matrimonial and marriage-related purposes only. Users must use the platform respectfully and responsibly.

2. Respectful Behavior

Users are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully with other members
• Maintain Islamic and community values
• Use polite and appropriate language
• Respect privacy and personal boundaries
• Interact only for serious matrimonial intentions

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake profiles or impersonation
• Uploading false information
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Sharing obscene, offensive, or illegal content
• Using the platform for dating or casual relationships
• Spamming users or promotional activity
• Requesting money or conducting financial scams
• Sharing another user's information without permission
• Misusing profile photos or contact details

4. Profile Photos & Privacy

Some users may choose to keep their photos blurred or restricted for privacy reasons. Users must respect photo visibility settings and must not misuse accessed photos in any way.

5. Contact Information Usage

Contact details shared through the platform must only be used for lawful matrimonial communication. Unauthorized sharing, marketing, harassment, or misuse of contact details is prohibited.

6. Verification & Safety

Verified profiles may submit identification documents for review. However, users and families are strongly advised to independently verify all information before proceeding with any matrimonial decision. Our team manually reviews your submitted government-issued identity document and selfie to verify that they appear to belong to the same person. This is an identity review performed by our team and is not a government-issued or government-certified verification.

7. Reporting & Blocking

Users may report or block profiles involved in:

• Suspicious activity
• Abusive communication
• Fake information
• Inappropriate behavior

Our moderation team may review reported accounts and take appropriate action.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

9. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• The authenticity of their profile
• The content they upload
• Their conversations and offline interactions
• Maintaining confidentiality of accessed information

10. Child Safety

Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
No profiles of minors are allowed.
Any suspected minor account will be removed.

Prohibited Content
No nudity or sexually explicit content.
No harassment or abuse.
No hate speech.
No scams or impersonation.
No solicitation or advertising.

Enforcement
Users can report inappropriate profiles.
Users can block unwanted users.
Reported profiles are reviewed.
Accounts violating policies may be suspended or permanently removed.

Users must comply with all applicable laws of India while using the platform. Any unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
