This Child Safety Standards page applies to all users of
Beyond Nikah - Muslim Matrimony.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Beyond Nikah maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, child endangerment, or any activity involving minors.
1. Adults Only Platform
Beyond Nikah is exclusively intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
- Users below 18 years are strictly prohibited.
- No profiles belonging to minors are permitted.
- Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be suspended or permanently removed.
- Age verification may be requested where necessary.
2. Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)
Beyond Nikah strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Sexual exploitation of minors.
- Attempting to contact or groom minors.
- Sharing links or references to illegal child exploitation material.
- Promoting, encouraging, or facilitating child abuse.
- Any activity that endangers children.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report any suspected child safety violation through:
- In-app Report feature.
- Email support.
- WhatsApp support.
Reports relating to child safety receive immediate priority review.
4. Enforcement
Any account found violating these standards may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate content removal.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
- Blocking future account creation.
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
All users must:
- Respect other users.
- Report suspicious behaviour immediately.
- Never upload illegal, abusive, or exploitative content.
- Never attempt to contact anyone known or suspected to be under 18 years of age through the platform.
6. Prohibited Content
Beyond Nikah does not permit:
- Child exploitation.
- Nudity or sexually explicit content.
- Harassment or bullying.
- Threats or violence.
- Scams or impersonation.
- Hate speech.
- Spam or commercial advertising.
- Illegal activities.
7. Safety Features
Beyond Nikah provides various safety tools, including:
- User reporting.
- User blocking.
- Profile moderation.
- Profile verification.
- Account suspension for policy violations.
8. Cooperation With Authorities
Where required by applicable laws, Beyond Nikah may cooperate with law enforcement agencies regarding reports involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, or other serious criminal activity.
