This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of Beyond Nikah - Muslim Matrimony can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Any registered user may request deletion of their account at any time.

Retained data will only be stored as long as reasonably necessary.
Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund request. Membership fees and paid services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Government identification documents submitted for profile verification may be securely removed after account deletion processing, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days.
Users may create a new account in the future, subject to platform policies and moderation review.
Accounts suspended for fraud, abuse, or policy violations may still have limited records retained internally for security and legal purposes.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted on the platform. If such accounts are discovered, they may be removed immediately.
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to courts located in Shrirampur, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
